We are:
- A boutique investment banking practice focused on middle market M&A.
- Lean, mean, entrepreneurial team of highly motivated deal makers who all “punch above our weight”.
- While other investment banks have large teams working around the clock, we work smart in small teams, and achieve outstanding results for our clients and still get home in time to see our families.
- Industry generalists, which keeps the work very interesting from day-to-day, and provides lots of opportunities to learn about new industries and business models.
- Support our clients in all stages of the M&A process, including industry research, screening and analysis of companies, financial modeling and analysis, valuing acquisition targets, leveraged buyout modeling, preparation of presentation decks, drafting investment memoranda, and conducting due diligence.
Together, we will:
- Provide end-to-end support for live and potential investment banking transactions
- Develop proposals, presentations, newsletters and publications communicated to current and prospective clients
- Provide in-depth insights through client, industry, market, and competitor research
- Develop best-in-class financial models and analyses, including valuations, on a wide range of public and private companies
- Interact directly with C-level leaders and transaction counterparties to acquire and analyze needed information
- Develop information memoranda that clearly and concisely communicates a company’s operations, financials, industry, and opportunities
- Manage deal lead pipeline, helping put together and evaluate lists of target companies for various clients
