Josh Richardson is a Senior Associate with Roadmap Advisors, a supporting the senior deal team on all aspects of mergers & acquisitions for both buy-side and sell-side clients.

Prior to Roadmap Advisors, Josh held several positions with private equity and investment firms, including Thayer Street Partners, Noble Rock Advisors and Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe.

Josh started his career in the mergers and acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Josh holds a bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
