You Are:

Together, We Will:

• Provide end-to-end exposure to live and potential M&A transactions, from research to execution.

• Conduct in-depth industry, market, and competitor analysis to support client pitches and active mandates.

• Build and refine financial models, including valuations, forecasts, and leveraged buyout analyses.

• Draft investment memoranda and client materials that clearly communicate company operations, industry context, and transaction rationale.

• Participate in deal sourcing efforts, including screening businesses, mapping buyer landscapes, and supporting client outreach.

• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, where interns are expected to contribute meaningfully rather than simply observe.
