Shonak Bhattacharya

Shonak Bhattacharya is a driven financial professional with experience in investment banking, financial modeling, and M&A transactions across various sectors. He has worked on deals ranging from early-stage companies to mid-market transactions, helping with valuation, due diligence, and strategic advisory.

Prior to joining Roadmap, Shonak worked at MD Global Partners, where he built financial models, conducted due diligence, and supported capital raise efforts for companies in healthcare and biotechnology. Before that, he was at 733 Park, where he contributed to M&A transactions in the FinTech and Insurtech sectors, assisting in deal execution and financial modeling.

Earlier in his career, Shonak interned at JM Financial with the Financial Sponsors Group, where he supported senior bankers on multiple sell-side transactions, developing financial models and valuation analyses.

Shonak holds a Master of Science in Finance from Brandeis International Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Markets from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics.
