James Treacy

James Treacy is a participant in the SkillBridge program at Roadmap Advisors, focusing on financial modeling, industry research, and strategic marketing. At Roadmap, he supports live M&A deal execution by developing marketing materials and financial analyses.

Prior to joining Roadmap, James served for seven years as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. During his military career, he managed complex technical systems, led high-performing teams under high-consequence conditions, and oversaw the safe operation of advanced nuclear propulsion systems.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He will be continuing his education this fall as an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School.
